At Arsenal Barber Supply, we stand behind the quality of our professional tools and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items like shears, razors, and liquid products must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original product packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the tools for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
